Results were then scored using a format developed by Healthiest Employers’ panel of health , academic and business professionals. was specifically recognized for the robust on-site wellness program it offers employees , which includes the same features available to Health Advocate’s members , including access to a personal wellness coach coupled with comprehensive , up-to-date health and wellness information; a health risk assessment tool; weight loss programs; frequent on-site health and wellness events; and employee assistance and work/life balance support through the company’s EAP+Work/Life program.
